New Delhi: Tesla car assembly in India: Well-known businessman Elon Musk is considering assembling Tesla cars in India. There have been many reports, which suggest that Tesla may set up a manufacturing plant in India in the coming future.

Please tell that the proposal of assembling was made by the Government of India, on which Tesla’s positive response has come. Tesla said that it is ready to assemble cars in India and will also work to create a vendor base in the country.

The suggestion was made by the Modi government itself. The government says that Tesla can assemble and sell cars in India and then consider building them gradually.
After this, Tesla has given a positive response to this proposal of the Government of India. The company hopes that the integration of manufacturing and supply chain processes can help it set up a manufacturing plant in India.
Currently, most of Tesla’s global production is located in Shanghai, China. Tesla has a good hold of cells in Shanghai and has recently built a megafactory for batteries.
